Basics- Snap Kick, Push Kick, Slap Down, Bow Stance Thrust Punch
Forms-  Five Stance Form

Yellow:
Basics- Front Stretch Kick, Crescent Kick (Inside/Outside), Front Slap Kick
Forms- Long Fist (Beginner)

Green:
Basics-Horse Stance Thrust Punch, Side Kick, Side Stretch, Roll
Forms- Staff or Spear (Beginner)

Blue:
Basics- Jump Front Kick, Jump Inside, Jump Outside,
Forms- Broadsword or Straight Sword (Beginner)

Red:
Basics- Cartwheel (Ariel), Butterfly Kick, Back Sweep, Shoulder Roll
Forms- Long Fist (Intermediate)

Purple:
Forms- Intermediate Staff or Spear

Orange:
Forms- Intermediate Broadsword or Straight Sword)

Brown:
Forms- Long Fist or Southern Fist (Advanced)

Gold:
Forms- Advanced Staff or Spear

Gold- 2nd Degree:
Forms- Advanced Broadsword or Straight Sword

Black- 1st Degree:
Forms- Individual Empty Hand, Short Weapon and Long Weapon

Black- 2nd Degree:
Forms- Traditional Empty Hand (Praying Mantis, Eagle, Fanzi, Tongbei, etc.)
Forms- Traditional Weapon (9 Section Chain Whip, Double Broadsword, Drunken Straight Sword, etc.)

Black-3rd Degree:
Forms- Alternate Compulsory Empty Hand, Short Weapon and Long Weapon

Black-4th Degree:
Forms- Other Traditional Empty Hand and Weapons

Black- 5th Degree
